Do I need a "data plan" to use Safebrick?
Yes, you will need to have a data plan to run the Safebrick App. But it uses less than streaming music. In addition you can download maps for internal storage so it can operate without data connection, if necessary.
Are there any annual fees?
No, there are no annual fees with Safebrick standard features.
Does it work in my car?
Yes, Safebrick works in all regular car types, across models and age.

What do the colors mean?
Blue light ring indicates that batteries and sensors are active and that connection to the Safebrick App is successful.
Yellow light ring provides service information such as Road Condition, School Zone and Smartphone Reminder in case you forgot your phone.
Red light ring means you are exceeding the speed limit, passing through no entry signs on one-way street or exit ramp of a motorway.
Green light ring acknowledges good driving behavior as positive feedback to changes in driving behavior changes.
What do the voice commands mean?
Confirming welcome sound: You are now ready to go, your Safebrick is connected and active.
Speed limit “60”: You are speeding – we recommend that you slow down to avoid dangerous situations and speeding tickets.
Be aware School Zone: You are approaching a School Zone, pay extra attention and be aware of speed limit restrictions.
Be aware Slippery Roads: You are approaching changes in road conditions and roads are slippery.
Be aware Wrong Way: You are driving in the wrong direction.
Can I adjust colors and sounds?
Yes, the Safebrick App allows you full customization of settings.
Will there be updates to it in the future?

Safebrick works as long as your network provider offers coverage and you are in a supported country.
How do I set it up?
Download the free Safebrick App. Pair the App with the Safebrick device. Place it in your car windshield, that’s it.
How do I turn it on and off?
Safebrick automatically activates when you start your car and connects to the Safebrick App. It can be deactivated manually by a touch of the center button.
What if it´s not pairing?
Make sure your Safebrick App is open on your phone. Make sure your Bluetooth is on – if not, go to settings/ Bluetooth on your phone and activate.
Does it have an expiry date?
No, Safebrick does not come with an expiry date.

Are there any risks associated with use?
The Safebrick device uses a cellular network to receive and transmit its location. In the event that there is no cell coverage, the device may not immediately work until a signal can be received.

We offer a one year warranty for any defect devices.
What is your refund policy?
Safebrick offers a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Safebrick for any reason, you may return it in the original packaging. Please visit our refund page for more details.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Safebrick is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. You will need to contact our customer service team to receive an RMA number for the exchange in the event that they are unable to assist you. To qualify for an exchange, your device must not be physically damaged in any way.
